Shout-outs

To the Services team

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Beth White for all her hard work on the cohort project, Beth has been an integral part of our working relationship from our weekly calls to urgent queries she handles everything with ease and professionalism and without her it just wouldn’t be the same.

From Morgane Cajon

I would like to say a huge thank you to Deena Sebastian for her recent and on-going support of our ILM accredited provider status. She has provided exceptional support to Hannah in providing the evidence needed for a recent audit and ensuring that internally we are compliant with the requirements. This has placed a big piece of work on Deena, with tight deadlines. I am so thankful to Deena for supporting both the Open team and the business in this area.

From Claire Bryan

I would just like to say a huge shout out to Deena Sebastian for really pulling everything out of the bag with regards to helping with the ILM centre review. It turned out that there was quite a bit of background admin that needed doing and Deena worked really hard to get everything I needed to me in time, meaning that we had the information that we needed in order to pass the review. Amazing work Deena and a massive thank you!

From Hannah Kirk

A genuine thank you to Tyler Walsh for everything you’ve done in taking over the Supervisor Academy programme for Merck and making it look easy. You’ve been a capable, reliable, and very tall addition to our client team. The whole team is grateful for all your hard work, and I’ll miss your friendly presence in team calls, I’m grateful to have had the chance to work with you. Wishing you all the success and happiness in your well-deserved new role!

From Alice Phillips

A MASSIVE thank you to Tyler Walsh for working alongside me on the Nissan contract for the last 18 months. His calm, consistent approach has built trust and respect with the client and I have learnt lots from him and how he presents himself. He is going to go onto to great things in his new role and I am so excited for him.

From Gemma Harvey

I would like to give a shout out to Matt Simpson, who has been incredibly supportive in helping me get to know both QBE and Thomas Miller. He has provided invaluable input on how I position emails, as well as offering thoughtful advice on future ideas and strategies for each client. There have been several occasions where he’s gone above and beyond to support me, even outside of working hours, and I really appreciate the time and effort he’s put in. His HF expertise and candour have been invaluable throughout.

From Leon Firth

I would like to give Deena Sebastian a shout out for all the support she has given to the Open team and Hannah Kirk during a successful review by ILM assessors. Deena coordinated assessments across multiple cohorts and ensured Hannah had what she needed for the ILM assessors.

From Aashika Jameson

I would like to shout out Matt Simpson and Lisa Kearney for how supportive they have been while onboarding me to the Perrigo account. I really appreciate how intentional and thoughtful they have been! Thanks, both!

Shout out to Toni Thorn for the massive amount of effort she’s put into harmonising the Scottish Power Price Matrix to make sure the client are referencing accurate and up to date information for forecasting. She’s been instrumental in building client confidence and credibility in HF operations, and made everyone’s working life on the team much better! Huge thank you from the HF SP Team!

Kudos to Dani Clarke for identifying a portion of APM Programme delivery in Scottish Power’s Learning plan and capturing it into Hemsley Fraser delivery this year. Also, a thank you and well done to Mou Afzal for his efforts to document and deliver the new workflows around this. A really great start to 2026! Go Team!

From Gary Farrell

A massive shout-out to Gary Farrell, Dani Clarke, and Toni Thorn, and the wider Scottish Power team: Mou Afzal | Emily Perkins | Leanne Evans | Paula Wickett | Martin Shapland | Rossella Denham | Cameron GillanI. I’m genuinely blown away by the drive, commitment, and talent across this group. The momentum you’re building puts us in a brilliant position to hit the ground running this year. The credibility you’re rebuilding will absolutely pay dividends in opening up broader learning conversations. 2026 lets go!!

From Danni B

Savannah Walsh has been working with a newly headhunted Associate for Pakistan that we really want to maintain engagement with. She has been brilliant with her proactive, timely communications to Resourcing with regards to a face to face delivery for OUP in Karachi. Not only has she kept us in the loop before the delivery re client chemistry calls but given updates and post delivery feedback that we can absolutely use internally to give confidence to other stakeholders to utilise new talent. She has without doubt been a key part of that engagement process- thank you from all of the Resourcing team!

From Emily Fryer

Massive thank you to Sarah Steele, who leapt into action to map across three HLDs for Virgin Media Group to support our Score Skills Phase 2 submission. Working after hours to get the job done! Win or lose, Sarah, thank you for all your stellar work and support in ensuring we represented Hemsley so well. Really appreciated you!

To the Sales team

I’d like to give a big shout-out to Danielle Baldwin and Jake Phillips for their continued support on my first RFP with International Airlines Group, especially around the pricing and detail for this Leadership Development requirement.

Jake was a massive help, talking me through the pricing requirements and acting as a second pair of eyes working up to the wire to final submission on the day we both finished up for Christmas. Danni was then an absolute rock, stepping in during the Christmas shutdown to help me respond to a client re-pricing request to meet a tight deadline. Because of their support, I was able to have a direct conversation with the Head of Procurement this week and now waiting to hear if we’ve made it through to the next round of the bid process. Keeping everything crossed! An amazing team effort – thank you😊

To the Product team

This shout-out goes to Dave Powney and Louise Treen, my dynamic duo, for toiling so diligently and professionally throughout the past year. 2025 was relentless and our busiest to date in the Creative Team. It hasn't been without its challenges and the occasional melt-down (Accessibility, I'm looking at you), but you guys have soldiered through it all and met the challenges head-on. I'm super proud of you guys. I'd like to extend the same sentiment to Adam Endacott, Ken Davidson, Sam Rees, Paul Ross and our latest addition to the freelance fold, Zoe Grimes. All of you have contributed admirably this past year. Superstars, the lot of you!

From Leyland Peree

Big shout out to Adam Endacott who again has created a wonderful Hemsley Wrapped animation for this year. Each year he evolves it and it's become a very important way we end the year with our clients. Keep up the good work Adam.

From Sam Hendy

Thank you for your patience and hard work getting links etc out for our clients across the board. We are aware of the pressures you face at the end/start of the year yet you never give out the impression that you are weighted down with work, the team always gives out an impression of calm and a ‘can do’ attitude, even when working with a reduced staffing levels. Thank you team.

From Lisa Kearney
