2025/26

The 2025–2026 Technology and Innovation Roadmap reflects our bold vision to enhance and optimise the learning experience through cutting-edge research, purposeful experimentation, and the intelligent application of the latest technologies.

We're looking at every aspect and modality of truly transformative learning and asking, 'how can this be better?'... Each initiative in this roadmap represents a step towards a better tomorrow and a world in which learning is still a human endeavour but one that harnesses the power of technology to unlock true potential. We are not just adopting technology - we're shaping it to serve the evolving needs of learners, facilitators, and organisations worldwide.

This roadmap is the result of collaboration across our Innovation, Product, Creative, and Services teams, and represents a fundamental change in how we deliver learning: more adaptive, more inclusive, and more impactful. As we move forward, we remain focused on harnessing the best of technology, AI, and R&D to create experiences that reimagine what meaningful and impactful learning should look and feel like.

Ask Hemsley


Description:

A conversational AI assistant embedded in the Hub LXP. Ask Hemsley helps users navigate learning content, answer questions, and explore topics in real time, and even provide carefully orchestrated guidance on next steps. It’s designed to be intuitive, secure, and customisable - tailored to reflect the tone, policies, and priorities of each client or learning environment.

Supports search, coaching, onboarding, learning reinforcement, and much more through conversational prompts and intelligent content recommendations.
