To the Services Team
Shout out to Jess Buller for her collaboration during our recent RWJBH Values Crowdsourcing Initiative! This project started many months ago while I was out of office. Jess worked with me throughout the handover as well as during the time that the project grew in scope and complexity. As a result, we were able to confidently highlight risks to RWJ’s success. They accepted our guidance, re-aligned, and achieved their goal of gathering meaningful data on the organization’s climate and values acquisition. Thanks, Jess!

The commitment to achieving WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and the proactive approach to client-specific accessibility needs, has not gone unnoticed.
Your collaboration across creative design, instructional, and the product teams has been inspiring.
