Laura Perez, on her own initiative, created a PowerBI Dashboard to house Merck Quarterly delivery, spend and discount data – something which carried out was fully manually – and painfully – every single quarter for the past three years. Now, the data is nearly automatically updated and the charts are created on the fly. This saves a lot of time for our Services teams across the world, and the key Merck stakeholder is thrilled at the polished view of her company’s key metrics.

Shout out to Tyler Walsh for his support on Air Liquide. This programme launch had it's challenges but Tyler has taken the project and steered it to a very good place. We have encountered some major issues before the launch, and we have worked together to resolve them, and Tyler has been instrumental in navigating the different stakeholders, clients and issues excellently. We have faced some technical restrictions but he had taken them onboard and it's alleviating some of the concerns the client has. Tyler is doing a fantastic job and we are delighted he is supporting the launch of this international virtual programme for Air Liquide.
