HF continue to invest in and grow its product & services portfolio and have been working on an exciting product development roadmap for 2023.
Using research, evidence and data from multiple sources including our customers, the HF Advisory and Steering Groups, and third-party sources such as the world economic forum, HF are using this insight to inform our focus for new content areas, delivery modalities and products and services.
We can no longer go through our careers with one set of skills. In this digital and tech-driven world, we must continually reskill and evolve. Likewise, so must the learning we access to continually learn and broaden our range and depth of skills. With that in mind, this year we have added new topics to our offering and begun a refresh of our most popular content.
As 2023 draws to a close, we are taking a moment to look back on some of the key trends and topics that both HF and our clients focused on this year, as well as what we see ahead for 2024.
What is coming in Q4 2023?
Core refresh
By the end of October 2023 we will have completed the refresh of the digital content for our top 50 topics. We will then begin to work through the remaining topics refreshing the content and adding the new assets to ensure all topics are consistent.

Mobile first fluidbook
In Q4 we will develop a series of mobile first fluidbooks from our core content topics. With the Mobile First option, we adapt the layout of the fluidbook to the requirements of smartphone screens, for incomparable reading comfort.
Where we have a fluidbook in both versions if you open your fluidbook on computer or tablet, your original layout is kept. Open the same fluidbook on a smartphone, and you automatically benefit from a layout perfectly optimized for mobile.

Leadership programme
Using latest research on the best modern leadership skills and behaviours HF will build an all new, curated leadership programme designed for all levels of management and leadership within an organisation. Using a modular approach HF will use its best of breed leadership IP and newly created content to create an industry leading leadership programme providing for a fully blended development experience for all levels. Including coaching, digital assets, live learning, peer to peer coaching and expert facilitation the new Human Skills Leadership Programme will help develop critical skills and competence in all leaders.
