As we did in 2024 Hemsley continue to invest in and grow its products & services portfolio and have an exciting product development roadmap for 2025 and beyond.
Using research, evidence, and data from multiple sources including our customers, the HF Advisory and Steering Groups, and third-party sources such as the World Economic Forum, Hemsley are using this insight to inform our focus for new content areas, delivery modalities, and products & services.

Performance Boosters
Performance Boosters are a new asset type that combine immediately actionable workplace guidance with a new curation of our best Core learning resources. Each Performance Booster will cover a broad topic area and allow learners to access targeted, relevant, and actionable learning.
They are fast, focused, and action-driven digital learning journeys designed to tackle real workplace challenges. Whether it’s improving communication, time-management, encouraging a growth mindset, dealing with burnout, or leadership effectiveness, these stand-alone, practical learning solutions provide the right tools at the right time to drive immediate impact in the flow of work. Performance Boosters also provide a very cost-effective way to engage with our best digital learning assets in a carefully curated and time-based journey.
