Olivia Davis - Liv came over to the CX team at the beginning of April as a CSS having been an apprentice on MLS. I had the pleasure of being her trainer and mentor on CX processes as well as handing over to her one of my enterprise clients. From the very start she brought commitment and a willingness to learn complex processes, she took full responsibility for her learning and was eager to carry out tasks as independently as possible, whilst recognising when to ask for help and support. In 2 months, she has taken on her new CSS role and tasks brilliantly and diligently. She brings clarity, intelligence and enthusiasm to the team and is fun to work with!
